Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts - Creative Specialist (2012 - present)
- Design executive summaries, brochures for high-profile, key accounts.
- Collaborate with writers, account executives, and subject matter experts to develop electronic and print material that caters to the demographic of each customer.
- Design high-level presentations for use in sales team meetings with key consultants, prospects, major accounts and Blue Cross corporate leadership.
- Develop customized “Request for Proposal” print collateral and templates of pre-designed materials for writers to use a-la-carte.
- Upgrading and maintaining the Proposal Development Services intranet site.

Shriners Burns Hospitals - Senior Graphic Designer (2001-2009)
- Lead the graphic design department.
- Converted the film-based process into a modern, in-house, digital graphics facility.
- Collaborated with research scientists from Harvard, MIT, Rutgers, and UC Davis to design medical and scientific illustrations for posters, newsletters, brochures, journal publications, and medical text.
- Designed landing page for Center of Engineering in Medicine’s cem.sbi.org, in addition to logo and branding materials for the NIH BioMEMM’s resource center.
- Responsible for proofreading and editing of Shriners and NIH research grant proposals. This included compiling personnel, equipment, and service contract information to the Shriners grant database while under strict government deadlines.
- Maintained plotters and projection systems.
Genzyme Corporation - Graphic Designer (2000-2001)
- Created scientific animations, video production and research posters for scientists presenting at trade shows and applying for patents.
- Authored “Cystic Fibrosis: Genetic Risk Assessment and Testing,” an interactive tutorial for physicians.
- Authored and animated the confocal microscopy at Genzyme kiosk, which displayed 3D animations produced by a confocal microscope.
- Filmed and edited the initial autologous chondrocyte implantation surgical procedures of Carticel.

Phish Inc./The Waterwheel Foundation - Graphic Designer/Vending Coordination Manager (2009-2015)
